Description
We are seeking a Director Human Resources Business Partners – Medical Group HRBP
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Director Human Resources Business Partners, to lead our Medical Group HRBP team in prioritizing and delivering talent solutions. This proactive leader will serve as a data-driven thought partner, accelerating problem-solving and driving business outcomes through human capital strategies. Partnering with the Medical Group and ChristianaCare leadership teams, the HR Director will provide strategic guidance to advance critical work in people strategy, culture and engagement, organizational efficiency, workforce planning, human capital metrics, and succession management.
Position Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of people leadership experience.
At least ten years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, preferably in a large, matrixed environment supporting decentralized clients.
A B.S. degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
Previous experience as an HRBP is essential.
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification is preferred.
Proven ability to manage relationships through influence and collaboration.
Demonstrated critical thinking skills: Ability to analyze complex situations, evaluate options, and develop effective solutions focusing on long-term outcomes.
