Role:

At the corporate headquarters in Rockville, MD, we are seeking a motivated, self-driven and detail-oriented HR Generalist.  The ideal candidate has a passion for supporting employees and enhancing workplace culture.  As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Tasks:

§  Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

§  Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.

§  Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

§  Assist with employee relations issues and provide support to employees and managers.

§  Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

§  Coordinate training and development programs.

§  Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing.

§  Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

§  Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent

§  Min. 2 years of experience in an HR role

§  Strong understanding of HR principles and practices

§  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to form relationships at all levels of the organization

§  Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

§  Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
