Description
The Senior Professional Recruiter is responsible for Clark Pacific’s talent acquisition of professional positions such as engineers, business development specialists, IT professionals, and construction managers. They will oversee the entire candidate experience from lead sourcing, interviewing, and ultimately hiring candidates in concert with talent acquisition initiatives that support delivering the business plan’s strategic priorities.

Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects and proprietary information.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies for professional positions.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable; set and meet continuous improvement goals.
Collaborate with hiring managers, ensuring appropriate go-to-market strategies are implemented.
Assist in writing job descriptions.
Conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation, adjusting as needed.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Research, recommend, and pursue new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Post openings in relevant and effective venues (online, social media, newspaper classified, professional organizations).
Complete administrative duties and recordkeeping to facilitate and support successful onboarding.
Provide mentorship and guidance to other members of the Talen Acquisition Team.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting is required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Talent Acquisition profile for recruiting in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction and/or Precast industry knowledge preferred.
