Position Summary Information
| Job Description Summary: | This position is ideal for students seeking professional experience in a business office environment. Candidates who successfully complete this assignment will leave the HR Office Assistant position with practical office knowledge and references for future employment beyond Villanova. Responsibilities include office work of any kind including, but not limited to, front desk reception, accurate filing, data entry, scanning, etc. |

| Requirements: | Attention to detail; excellent oral & written skills. Ability to problem-solve and retain knowledge of basic HR processes. Excellent interpersonal skills required. Position requires interaction with students, staff, and faculty employees. Ability to deal discreetly with sensitive information. Proficient in Microsoft Office products and overall computer usage. Student must be able to work 2-3 consecutive hours, at least 2 days a week. Preference for availability between 10 AM 3 PM. |
| Additional Information: | The Human Resources office is located in the Villanova Center, in the building next to Starbucks and First Watch. Our address is 789 Lancaster Ave, Suite 260, Villanova, PA 19085. Candidates must be comfortable walking or driving to this location. Occasional shuttle service is available through Public Safety, if needed. |
