The Human Resources team is looking for an intern to join us during a rapid growth and exciting time in our company.  This position will also has to the opportunity to move to full time in 2022!  We do ask that this candidate is able to work east coast hours.      

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition – Evaluate, then recommend process & quality changes to the candidate experience (from interview thru first 90days). Supporting the HR Generalist & working closely with hiring managers and outside recruitment firms in workforce planning activities.  
  • Onboarding/Offboarding – Onboard/offboard new hires, ensuring that Quil is in compliance with all applicable local & Federal laws.
  • Benefits – Assist in planning the annual employee open enrollment process; researching latest trends and evaluating proposals to upgrade current offerings.
  • Analytics – Identify areas where HR can incorporate people analytics to enhance workforce planning & employee total rewards communications.
  • Other duties and/or projects as assigned (e.g.)
    • Assists with the coordination of various employee functions, training & reward programs
    • Assist with culture activities (company events, lunch & learns, etc.)
    • Compliance coordination, tracking & reporting

Qualifications:

  • Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, communication or another related field
  • Pursuing a Masters’ degree in Human Resource Management preferred
  • Previous HR and Healthcare experience a plus
  • Previous HRIS (Human Resources Information System) experience, ADP a plus
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to work 24-30 hours a week
